Do you have an insurmountable task ahead of you?  Is there something you have to do that you are feeling overwhelmed?  What if it was 2300 years ago and God told you that you needed to travel hundreds of miles to the city of Jerusalem and rebuild a wall that had essentially been destroyed.  How would you handle the task?  Oh, and by the way, you are one of the primary advisors of the most powerful man in the region.  Scared much?

That is where Nemehiah found himself.  Living in Persia, he got word that the wall around Jersusalem had been destroyed and needed to be rebuilt.  For days, he wept and prayed.  He knew he had to do something.  That something was to lead a group of Israelites in this huge project.

Nemehiah had to have the proper focus in order to accomplish the job.  Here are five tips to help you along the way.

  1. Faith over Fear
  2. Organize your thoughts
  3. Calculate the plan
  4. Use other people
  5. Stay the course
