For over three decades, I have been training and coaching people with DISC personality perspectives, coaching in productive communications, and listening skills.  Since 1992, I have been teaching and mentoring public speakers through Toastmasters International.  For over 35 years my primary ministry focus was in worship leadership.

Having grown up in the church, literally, my dad was a minister, I understand many of the challenges you face.  In 1972, I gave my life to Christ and have been serving Him ever since.  For over 30 years, I worked in the music and worship ministries of the churches where I was a member.  I am very well aware of the inner workings of churches today.
